HS480S is high speed full function sweater machine with two carriages, 4 systems, 80 inches width needle beds.

The HS series sweater machine adopts the 6th generation 5.2 inches full motorized small carriage, which has excellent performance and stable quality, with an efficiency improvement of 12% compared to the previous generation small carriage. It adopts a single/double carriage with dual systems or three systems, equipped with 16 yarn feeders, up position roller, crossing sinker, both sides narrowing, dynamic density, and automatic oiling. The comb machine is equipped with no waste yarn/steel wire opening system or composite needle comb, combined with scissors and clips. Dynamic knitting has better stability, combined with self-developed high-precision needle bed, make sure the advantage of fabric plain, needle, and oil needle control.
